The conversion went smooth and what I liked the most was the responsiveness of the Paycom staff. Our sales representative was engaged every step of the way. When we had questions, we received answers promptly.

As promised, the conversion process was very smooth. Jason came to our office and held training for the employees and supervisors and assisted me with our payroll until I was comfortable on my own. Chris and the other staff members at the customer service center have been diligent with assisting me and answering any questions promptly.
I like having the time and attendance, employee self service and report writer all in one system. It’s very convenient and user friendly.
I am happy to recommend Paycom to any company that wants to streamline payroll and save money at the same time.

A Paycom sales representative came out to our office and provided us with information about what Paycom had to offer our company and did a demonstration. She also put together a cost comparison between what we were paying using Paychex and the cost for Paycom services. The cost was nearly the same as we were paying with Paychex, but Paycom offered so much more for our money. We have been very satisfied with our service and support with Paycom.

In the four years with Paycom, we have never regretted the decision. Also in fours years we have never had a cost increase! Paycom has proven to be one of the easiest and most accurate Payroll programs to operate. Customer care is exactly that, they take care of their customers. They send out customer comment requests at least once a year and ask if there are any suggestions. Two of my suggestions have been implemented! I have really never had that happen before.
I would highly recommend Paycom to any company, no matter how small or large the company. You really can’t go wrong with Paycom!

My only hesitation before switching to Paycom was implementation. However, this process was as easy as advertised and my sales representative worked with me ever step of the way. He even came and ran my first payroll with me and continued to be accessible with any help I needed or questions I had. Paychex did attempt to retain our business by greatly discounting our price. However, a reduced price was not enough to leave the customer service I receive from Paycom and go back to an outdated system with Paychex. Again, I would recommend Paycom to any organization and the customer service I receive is better than I could have ever expected.

With Paycom the prompt response and availability of our customer service representative is awesome. It is so awesome that she called me once, prior to the submission of my second payroll to note a difference in the amount of payrolls that I normally submit. Of course, she was correct. I normally submit two types. I was still working on the second payroll which happens to be a little more complex than the first one. That is customer service!!!
